The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment, as well as driving in new business. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills and experience.
