- 4-5+ years of agency recruiting experience required

Due to rapid growth within the business, Meet is seeking to bring on experienced recruiters to manage and grow junior recruiters, and continue to grow our business portfolio!
As a billing manager, you're responsible for; overseeing at least two Recruiters, while continually demonstrating success within self-origination goals as a 360 recruiter. Working closely with the Senior Division Director to create and implement a strategic plan that drives growth within the group through succession, commercialization, L&D, and culture. We are looking for a leader who consistently demonstrates commercial insight, creating opportunities through the targeting and development of new and existing clients.
As a billing manager, you will receive commissions based on your personal 360 recruitment success and quarterly commissions based on your teams' gross profit. Key Activities:
- 80% personal performance, 20% team management/supporting Director
- Running your own 360/full-desk - candidate delivery and business development
- Consistent contributor to new business opportunities by considering and applying all routes to market and commercial decision-making
- Develop personal relationships with existing clients to yield repeat business for you and your business unit
- Development of recruiters, from rookies through to Senior Recruiter level
- New hire decision making
- Creative thinking around new initiatives and helping to drive new initiatives across the business
- Leadership in the business, an aspirational role model living the values and driving the environment
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit
- Part of the office management team
- Originating and evolving sales processes, including local/global rollouts
- Supports Senior Division Director through training, development, managing team's day-to-day activities to yield results, driving initiatives, and company values
Compensation, Benefits, and Incentives:
Meet offers a base salary of $70,000 and the OTE with commissions is $200k. However, top billers are surpassing that OTE significantly. We offer unlimited earning potential through our non-threshold and uncapped commission structure. You earn commissions from your personal recruitment success and quarterly commissions based on your teams' gross profit. Additional benefits include:
