Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced agency recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment, as well as driving in new business. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills and experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and closing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
